AI Salon: What's the state of AI at Fairfield now & in the future? In-Person

Faculty and staff are invited to reflect on AI@Fairfield and its expanding role in education and professional spaces. Join us to share your perspective on how you anticipate AI to shape student pathways and professional skill development in the years ahead. Lunch provided. Facilitated by librarians and Rob Schnieders, VP of Strategic Initiatives

A “salon” is a regularly occurring social and intellectual gathering of people, named after the room they used to be held in. The AI Salon facilitates thoughtful conversations and provides a platform to bring together our Fairfield University community to discuss ideas, expand our creative thinking, and for philosophical exchange. This is not a workshop, just a space to gather, share, respond, and discuss the implications of AI on our research, teaching, learning, as well as our personal lives.
