The Spot the Bot workshop seeks to help participants understand the dangers of disinformation on social media platforms and to empower them to take an active role in their information consumption through mass reporting efforts. Participants will learn to reasonably identify the red flags in their feeds and to report bots, fake accounts, and fake content. No experience required!

This workshop will be led by librarians from Fairfield University and Columbia University with attendees from both schools.
