This Spot the Bot virtual workshop is offered by the DiMenna-Nyselius Library for Fairfield University alumni.

The workshop seeks to help participants understand the dangers of disinformation on social media platforms and to empower them to take an active role in their information consumption through mass reporting efforts. Working together, participants will learn to reasonably identify red flags and to report bots, fake accounts, and fake content on Twitter.

No experience or Twitter account required. Registration required to receive the Zoom link. If you are planning to engage in the workshop part of the event we recommend joining the Zoom using a laptop or desktop computer.
